Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook, born on October 4 1979, is an American actress. She has starred on the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That 1999 as well as Josie and the Pussycats 2001. She is also part of the television series Into the West and Perception. Tifa lockhart voices her. Rachael Cook was a child of Thomas Howard Cook, an ex-stand-up comedian , who is now a social worker and JoAnn Cook, a weaver and instructor of cooking. She is a part-Italian and from Italian descent. Cook was featured in her first public service announcement about foster care at the age of seven. Cook started working as a child-print model at age 10, and was in ads for national brands like Target. Cook was educated at Clara Barton Open School and Laurel Springs School. She also was a student at Minneapolis South High School.
